Key Highlights When Inviting External Invitees:
Double the Coverage: Add up to two reminder times to your meetings to automatically send reminder emails to external invitees (e.g., 24 hours before and 30 minutes before).

External Focus: To keep your internal workflow clean, these reminders are sent exclusively to external invitees. Your internal Daylite team will continue to receive their usual app notifications.

Set It and Forget It: You can establish company-wide default reminder times in your Meetings Settings, so every new invite goes out with your preferred cadence automatically.

Reminders on Your Terms: Designed so you can choose exactly if and when reminder emails are sent, right from the meeting itself.

Total Flexibility: Edit the reminder time, any time, by simply updating the meeting details.
