1. Inbox List

Daylite helps you identify important emails right from your inbox. It recognizes emails from people and companies in your database, as well as those from other users on your account. You’ll also see which emails have already been filed into Daylite, making it easy to spot anything you may have missed.
Emails related to Daylite items are marked with orange icons, clearly identifying related people, companies, and users. An orange sun icon highlights emails already stored in Daylite, making it easy to safely remove them from your inbox. Email threads show either an orange or grey sun icon—orange if all emails in the thread are stored, grey if only some are.
This makes it effortless to spot critical emails related to your work while helping you separate them from less important messages.
2. Related People

In the message viewer, you can easily see whether the sender or recipients are already recorded in Daylite—or if they need to be added. An orange person icon indicates the email is linked to a person in your CRM, while an orange company icon shows it’s connected to a company. An orange user card icon highlights that the email is related to a user in your account.
Grey tokens indicate email addresses not yet associated with a person, company, or user in Daylite, giving you the option to create a new person or add the email to an existing one.
This makes it easy to link emails to the right items in Daylite while keeping your CRM data up to date.
3. Related Opportunities and Projects

Once an email is added to Daylite, any open projects or opportunities related to the sender or recipients will automatically appear in the linked items area. If there’s only one open project or opportunity, it will be linked automatically. If there are multiple, you can choose the ones you’d like to link.
With Daylite managing your inbox, you can process emails faster and clear them out with confidence. Even better, your emails become actionable, trackable work and part of your business history—linked to the right people, opportunities, and projects. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks and that past emails are always easy to find when needed.
