With Google Calendar Sync, your appointments stay synchronized between Google Calendar and Daylite automatically.
Create an event in Google Calendar and it appears in Daylite—Create an appointment in Daylite and it appears in Google Calendar. Updates, changes, and reschedules stay synchronized in both directions, helping your team work from the tools they already know while keeping business information connected in Daylite.
Why Sync Matters
Most calendars are great at answering one question: “When is something happening?”
Daylite helps answer the questions that come next:
- Who is this meeting with?
- What project is it related to?
- What sales opportunity is it connected to?
- What happened last time we spoke?

When appointments live inside Daylite, they become part of a larger business picture and overall history. Meetings can be linked to contacts, companies, projects, opportunities, notes, emails, and tasks, giving everyone on your team the context they need before, during, and after a meeting.

One of the biggest advantages of bringing your calendar into Daylite is visibility. Because appointments are synchronized into Daylite, your team can see availability, coordinate schedules, and avoid conflicts more easily. So, instead of managing schedules in one place and client work in another, everyone works from the same source of truth.
Two-Way Sync That Stays Up to Date
Google Calendar Sync is fully two-way. That means:
- Events created in Google Calendar appear in Daylite.
- Appointments created in Daylite appear in Google Calendar.
- Changes made in either system automatically update the other.
- Moved appointments stay synchronized.
- Deleted appointments are reflected on both sides.
Whenever a change is made in Google Calendar or Daylite, synchronization is automatically triggered to keep everything current.
Import Your Existing Calendar History
Getting started doesn’t mean starting over. When you connect a calendar, Daylite imports your existing Google Calendar events, including both past and future appointments. This allows you to bring your calendar history into Daylite and immediately benefit from linking appointments to the people, companies, projects, and opportunities that matter.
Public Preview Available Now
Google Calendar Sync is still in active development, and additional functionality is being added as we continue refining the experience. But it’s already ready for real-world use.
